CANDY KITCHEN
batch Former roller DBF-120

Batch Former form conical shape of kneaded mixed and cooled batch of Lollypop / Candy / Toffee for further feeding into Rope Sizer. It is fitted with heaters to keep the batch warm. It's lifting and lowering mechanism helps the batch coming forward automatically. It is fitted with Stainless Steel Rollers. Electrical reverse and forward system is required extra for operating the batch former. There is ease of taking out rollers for cleaning operation.

Fitted with mild steel/gun metal sizing wheels including one vertical pulling head for better rope grip and pulling. The UNIPLAST Candy Forming has been designed for the continuous production of seamless sweets, using a UNIPLAST type rotary die arrangement. Solid and centre-filled products of Hard candies, Toffee Éclair, Chewy candies have all been successfully manufactured
A typical production line comprises of the Centre filler, Batch Former, Five Stage Rope sizer, UNIPLAST Candy Forming Machine and cooling conveyor.
The UNIPLAST Candy Forming Machine is at the heart of the candy processing line and has therefore been designed with strength and durability as its main assets. The machine has a number of features, which make it an ideal choice for candy manufacturers.

High Capacity Cooling Conveyor Tunnel is suitable for all types of Hard candies, Toffee Éclair, Chewy candies, requiring sufficient Cooling before packing.
Three independent geared motor are fitted for each conveyor drive controlled from Electric Panel Board.
