The Bubblegum is basically a mixture of Gum Base (Made of EASTER GUM, LATEX, GMS, GHEE, SALT etc…)

 

Process : Annexure 2.0

Batch Preparation

First of all these products mixed together in a Steam Heated or Electric Sigma Mixture to produce Gum-Base then take the Gum-Base in small trays for cooling. When this Gum-Base in trays takes the shape of slabs then wash the Gum-Base slabs with water.

Thereafter another batch is prepared with Gum-Base content 6 to 10 % And the rest of material is Pulverised Sugar, Liquid Glucose and Sorbitol.

All the material (Gum-Base Slabs, Liquid Glucose and Sorbitol) is mixed together in another Sigma Mixture of 200 kegs capacity. This process takes about half an hour for batch mixing

Bubblegum Wrapping

This batch is then fed into the Twin Colour rope Extruder which make a rope of Bubblegum (we can use two colours in one rope). The rope is very soft and contains some moisture. To remove the moisture and harden we have to place Bubble-gum rope in AC room for some time (We can use Multy way cooling conveyor for continuously feeding to Bubble-Gum cutting & wrapping machine.

The hardened rope is continuously fed into Cut & Wrap machine. The Cut & Wrap machine makes the shape of the Bubble-Gum into required length and wraps it. (You can choose Double End Twist Style Wrapping or Fold Wrap style wrapping according your requirement.)

        ( This Water can be recirculated after cooling)

2.    About 300 Liters Water per hour for the Boiler even this can be collected in the foam of steam condensates and circulated again

An Oil fired Boiler Consume Apex 8 - 10 Liters of  LDO ( Light Diesel Oil)  per Hour

(This Boiler can operate up to three Sigma Mixtures . There is less consumption of fuel for each batch if more then one Sigma Mixtures are installed
